Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced  Business Analyst  to support our product and project management functions in delivering next-generation security technology solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, excellent documentation skills, and hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making. This role is well-suited for a Business Analyst looking to transition into full-scale Project Management in the near future.
You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders, perform deep-dive analyses, prepare structured documentation, and contribute to project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on process performance, user data, and project metrics to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and change logs.
Use data and analytics tools to support business case creation, project evaluation, and strategic decision-making.
Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Support project tracking, reporting, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
Participate in requirement workshops, product demos, and stakeholder review meetings.
Apply Six Sigma principles and process improvement techniques to enhance project quality and operational efficiency.
Identify risks, dependencies, and process bottlenecks, and recommend proactive corrective actions.
Desired Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product-based or technology-driven environment.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project documentation standards.
Proven ability to perform data-driven analysis and convert insights into business recommendations.
Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts and experience with process improvement frameworks.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project (or similar tools).
Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking ability.
Exposure to AI-driven products or security technology domains is an added advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMP/Agile, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Yellow Belt).
