Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled  UX/UI Senior Developer  who can lead user experience and interface design across complex web and mobile applications. The role requires strong expertise in  user-centered design ,  design systems , and  front-end implementation , working closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
UX Responsibilities
Lead  UX strategy and design  for web and mobile applications.
Conduct  user research , stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.
Create  personas, wireframes, user flows, information architecture , and interaction models.
Translate business requirements into  intuitive and engaging user experiences .
Validate designs using usability testing and analytics insights.
Ensure accessibility compliance ( WCAG 2.1 / ADA  standards).
UI Responsibilities
Design  high-fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and visual assets .
Maintain and evolve  design systems, UI libraries, and style guides .
Ensure consistency across platforms and devices.
Collaborate with branding teams to align UI with corporate identity.
Optimize UI for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Development Responsibilities
Convert designs into  pixel-perfect, responsive UI  using modern front-end technologies.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Review and guide front-end code quality related to UI/UX.
Support integration with platforms such as:
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA)
Adobe Commerce / Headless Commerce
CMS and Design Systems

Skills & Qualifications
UX/UI & Design
Strong expertise in  UX methodologies , usability principles, and interaction design.
Hands-on experience with  Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin .
Deep understanding of  responsive and mobile-first design .

Experience with  accessibility standards  and inclusive design.
Front-End & Technical
Strong knowledge of  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript .

Experience with  React

JS / Angular / Vue.js .
Familiarity with  design-to-code workflows .
Experience working with REST APIs and headless architectures.
Understanding of performance optimization and SEO-friendly UI.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to mentor junior designers and developers.
Experience working in  Agile / Scrum  environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
