Skills :
IT Support :
Work with desktops, laptops, servers, and networks.
Endpoint Management :
Manage desktops, laptops, and IP phones.
Server Administration :
Implement and administer servers.
Network Services :
Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
LAN Infrastructure :
Basic administration of switches, firewalls, and routers.
Service Requests :
Handle service requests and incidents, analyze root causes, and meet SLA targets.
System and Network Issues :
Resolve 1st and 2nd level IT incidents and requests.
Management Tools :
Familiar with capacity and availability management tools.
Asset Management :
Manage assets and generate IT reports.
