Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility
Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and style guides
Translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive interfaces
Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability insights
Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards
Required
Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory); knowledge of Adobe XD / Sketch is a plus
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms
Ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders
Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
Experience working with product-based or agency environments
Exposure to FMCG, e-commerce, SaaS, or tech platforms
Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics
Motion design or micro-interaction experience
