Job Description:

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise-scale forecasting and decision intelligence products across Supply Chain. This role focuses on building and evolving an integrated forecasting ecosystem spanning demand, supply, inventory, replenishment, capacity, and network-level forecasting for retail and grocery operations.
You will own internal platforms and decision intelligence products that operationalize advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI models developed in partnership with Data Science and Engineering teams. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex forecasting problems into scalable, business-impacting products.
As a senior individual contributor, you will operate with significant autonomy, influence senior stakeholders across the organization, and help shape the long-term forecasting and supply chain intelligence vision for Albertsons.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for supply chain forecasting and decision intelligence platforms.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for forecasting capabilities across demand, supply, inventory, replenishment, capacity, and network planning.
Partner closely with Data Science teams to productize ML/AI forecasting models into reliable, scalable, and interpretable products.
Translate complex business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Merchandising, Stores, Warehouses, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure products meet real-world planning and execution needs.
Drive adoption of AI/ML-powered decision support tools, ensuring trust, explainability, and operational usability.
Leverage data, experimentation, and user feedback to continuously improve forecast accuracy, bias, stability, and business outcomes.
Own prioritization trade-offs across multiple forecasting domains within a shared ecosystem.
Influence stakeholders across geographies, including regular interaction with US-based business and technology leaders.
Contribute to product management best practices and mentor junior PMs as needed.
