We’re looking for a problem-solving, forward-thinking leader who loves impact, data, and scalable solutions. You’ll set long-term vision, empower the team to deliver, and partner across Product, Tech and Fulfilment. You will also get regular feedback from senior leadership.
What you will do
Analyse data and build solutions from insights.
Provide actionable insights to management for strategic planning.
Analyse metrics and root causes to improve processes and KPIs.
Support business development and design efficient processes.
Drive resource optimisation and cost-reduction opportunities.
Engage internal partners to meet customer service & transport KPIs.
Ensure data accuracy and validate new/existing tools.
Lead continuous improvement for the PACE business.
What you will need
6–9 years in Business Intelligence / Analytics.
Proven experience as an Analytics Manager.
Strong SQL, Python, and regression/analysis skills.
3+ years managing teams.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
