Job Summary:

The Logistics & Asset Management Analyst supports global IT asset lifecycle and logistics operations, driving accurate data management, cost-effective procurement, and efficient asset deployment. Reporting to the Logistics & Asset Management Manager, this role contributes to organizational cost efficiency, transparent reporting, and exceptional service delivery. The analyst executes day-to-day asset management activities, maintains inventory accuracy, supports vendor relationships, and delivers data-driven insights that optimize asset utilization and support business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute asset lifecycle processes and coordinate global logistics to optimize costs, support cost reduction targets, and deliver efficient deployments
Generate reports and maintain real-time dashboards on inventory, utilization, costs, and metrics that enable data-driven decisions
Support vendor management and procurement activities to achieve savings through favorable pricing, order processing, and performance tracking
Maintain accurate asset inventory in Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) systems through regular audits, reconciliations, and compliance with standards
Analyze asset performance data to identify cost optimization opportunities, forecast lifecycle needs, and provide total cost of ownership (TCO) insights
Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose logistics solutions that enhance user experience, minimize downtime, and meet objectives
Champion process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, recommending automation, implementing best practices, and supporting predictive analytics
Provide responsive, customer-focused support for asset requests and logistics inquiries, escalating complex issues with recommended solutions
Uphold compliance with organizational policies, software licensing, industry standards, and regulatory requirements with audit-ready documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand requirements, track expenses, support budget accountability, and contribute to fiscal responsibility

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in IT asset management/ IT procurement logistics, supply chain operations, or related field

Experience with ITAM platforms (e.g., Service Now) or similar inventory management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools for reporting and analysis
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
Understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO) concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service orientation
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software asset categories, and logistics coordination principles
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated success in data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders
