Job Summary
The Inventory Planner is responsible for reconciling Long Term Consignment (LTC) inventory held at customer locations and third-party warehouses. The role involves analyzing stock take results, resolving variance issues, generating replacement orders for expiring stock, and preparing inventory accuracy and expiry reports. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Stock Take Support & Inventory Reconciliation (45%)
Support annual stock takes for all LTC locations and maintains inventory accuracy (target: 98%).
Investigate and resolve stock variances with sales teams.
Reconcile inventory held at third-party locations.
Coordinate stock takes schedules and share with Sales teams.
Ensure process compliance and maintain inventory integrity.
2️⃣ Consignment Expiry Management (30%)
Generate LTC replacement orders for expiring products.
Coordinate delivery of replacement stock to hospitals.
Monitor soon-to-expire inventory and communicate with Sales.
Follow up with inventory planners on backorders.
3️⃣ Reporting (10%)
Prepare monthly inventory accuracy reports.
Create expiry reports for Sales and Finance stakeholders.
4️⃣ Other Responsibilities (15%)
Support departmental operations as required.
Assist with managing LTC agreements.
Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and 5S activities.
Follow all OH&S guidelines and ensure a safe working environment.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data.
Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
Good communication and coordination ability across teams.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and support stock-taking activities as needed.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in Supply Chain, Finance, Biomedical, or related field
0–3 years of experience in Inventory / Warehouse / Supply Chain operations
Freshers with strong analytical & Excel skills may also apply
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to support field stocktakes
