We are looking for an experienced  Senior Analog Circuit Design Engineers / Architects  to join our team in  Bengaluru/Visakhapatnam  Location.

Required Technical Expertise:
Strong background in  CMOS analog design fundamentals , with hands-on experience in:
Analog circuit blocks:  OTA, Charge Pump, Bandgap Reference, Ring Oscillator, LC-VCO , etc.
SERDES-related circuits:
TIA, DRV, P2S, Serializer, RCOMP, Calibration Blocks, Receiver Front-End, CTLE, DFE, CDR Loop, Phase Interpolators, Deserializer, S2P, FFE, Pre-Drivers, Level Shifters, V2I Circuits, Slicers, Samplers , and other custom building blocks.
Proficiency in  Cadence Virtuoso Schematic & Layout editors.
Solid understanding of  MOS device operation.

Role & Responsibilities
Design analog/mixed-signal circuits to meet target specifications.
Perform layout of designed circuits and analyze parasitic effects.
Conduct hardware measurements and analyze silicon results.
Evaluate impact of device characteristics on circuit-level behavior.
Identify and optimize critical parameters for system-level performance.
Contribute to automation initiatives and efficiency-improvement projects
