We are looking for experienced Sales Promoters for the Organic Staples Category (Atta, Rice, Pulses, Cereals, etc.) at Metro Wholesale stores in Bangalore.
Job Role:
Sales Promoter – Organic Staples
Actively engage customers and drive sales through product explanation and recommendations
Promote organic product benefits, quality, and certifications
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Ensure proper shelf display, visibility, FIFO, and stock availability
Coordinate with store staff for replenishment and smooth operations
✅ Candidate Requirements:
Experienced retail sales promoter (FMCG / Staples / Organic category preferred)
Strong customer sales and interaction background
Good communication skills (Kannada & basic English/Hindi preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced wholesale retail environment
