We are looking for a Retail Trainer - Footwear to handle the training needs of our offline retail team using various methodologies, techniques and interactive activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute orientation programs for retail teams
Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires
Assign mentors and coaches to new sales team members
Observe the customer journey and identify training needs for each touch point
Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases
Train retail team on product, service soft skills & KPIs in-store & in class room settings
Apply various sales training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies and group activities)
Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
Design training calendar in discussion with the retail ops team
Desired Attributes:
2-4 yrs work experience as a Retail Trainer, Product Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role
Experience in retail industry preferably in sportswear
Open to travel and visit the retail stores, as needed
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales targets
BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
Additional certification in training will be a plus
