About the Role:
The Bare Bar is looking for an Offline Sales & Growth Manager to own and scale our offline business , including multi-brand retail stores, offline expansion, and bulk & gifting opportunities .
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially sharp, detail-oriented, and growth-focused —someone who can balance numbers, negotiations, and on-ground execution .
Responsibilities:
Managing offline retail operations across partner stores (inventory planning, sell-through, replenishments, RTVs)
Tracking store-wise and SKU-wise performance and working closely with finance on invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
Being highly proficient in Excel to analyse sales data, inventory movement, and store performance
Building and maintaining strong relationships with store owners and retail partners
Leading negotiations on commercial terms, margins, and onboarding with new and existing stores
Driving offline store expansion into new locations aligned with the brand
Supporting and executing bulk gifting and offline BD efforts (corporates, weddings, wellness partners)
Improving in-store visibility through promotions, POS, and shelf placement
What we are looking for:
2–5 years of experience in offline sales, retail operations, or business development
Experience managing multi-brand retail operations , ideally in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle segments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sales data, financial reports, and store performance metrics .
Inventory and store management expertise , ensuring seamless stock replenishment and turnover.
Hands-on experience with RTV coordination, invoicing, and finance tracking related to retail operations.
Excellent relationship-building skills —able to manage and expand store partnerships.
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable being on-ground
