Role Overview
Techno Sportswear Private Limited is looking for a Visual Merchandising – Operations professional to join our Corporate VM team in Bangalore. This role will act as the central coordination and execution hub for VM operations across regions, working closely with Cluster VMs and reporting to the Head – Visual Merchandising (Corporate).

Key Responsibilities

VM Strategy Execution & Coordination
Act as the key link between Corporate VM Head and Cluster VM teams
Translate VM strategies into clear, actionable execution plans
Ensure consistent VM implementation across regions and stores
Track execution status and flag gaps or deviations

VM Planning & Rollouts
Manage seasonal VM calendars, launch timelines, and rollouts
Support new store openings, refits, and VM refreshes
Coordinate VM readiness for campaigns, promotions, and activations

VM Asset & Inventory Management
Plan and track VM assets (mannequins, props, signage, fixtures)
Coordinate with vendors for production and dispatch
Optimize costs through reuse and efficient asset allocation
Maintain VM trackers and MIS

Reporting & MIS
Prepare weekly and monthly VM reports
Track store-wise VM compliance and audit scores
Support budget tracking and operational analysis

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Retail Ops, Marketing, Buying, and Supply Chain
Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, printers, and agencies

Training & Store Support
Support VM manuals, SOPs, and training content
Assist in VM training sessions and workshops
Travel to stores for audits, pilots, or key launches (as required)

Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills
Good understanding of visual merchandising and retail execution
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills
Eye for detail with the ability to translate creative concepts into scalable execution
Excellent stakeholder management and follow-up skills
