Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in Bengaluru, India. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, students, and organizations, providing information about GLOBALFTI’s courses and professional training programs. This role involves initiating client interactions, maintaining detailed call records, building relationships, and addressing inquiries. Additionally, the Caller will collaborate with internal teams to assist in lead generation and act as a liaison to ensure a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed call logs and handling documentation
Customer service skills, including addressing inquiries and providing assistance
Ability to collaborate with internal teams to achieve targets and meet goals
Relevant experience in client interaction and outreach is a plus
Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
Proficiency in English and regional languages is beneficial
Self-motivated individual with a professional demeanor
