Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Psychiatrist Consultant, located in Bengaluru North. The Lead Psychiatrist Consultant will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with mental health conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing expert psychiatric consultations. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, staying updated on the latest advancements in psychiatric care, and maintaining accurate patient records are key aspects of this role.

The consultant will play a critical role in promoting mental health awareness and guiding patients through personalized mental health care programs.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
Proficiency in therapy methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy, medication management, and crisis intervention
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient relationship-building skills
Leadership and the ability to mentor junior professionals and collaborate with diverse healthcare teams
Knowledge of the latest developments and research in psychiatry
MD or DNB Psychiatry with specialization in psychiatry and valid medical licensure in relevant jurisdiction
Min. 8 years Experience in a clinical or hospital setting; previous leadership experience is an advantage
