Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Football Coach Partner. The Football Coach Partner will work closely with athletes to develop their skills, create personalized training programs, and provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship. The role will involve monitoring player performance, designing tactical and technical training plans, and fostering strong, effective communication with athletes and team members.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Football Coaching, Coaching, and football-specific skills
Strong Communication and mentoring skills
AIFF D(Mandatory)
Experience in designing and implementing effective Training programs
Ability to analyze player performance and develop improvement strategies
Passion for football and fostering the growth of athletes
Proven experience in coaching roles at any level is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is advantageous
