We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed  Senior Executive – Customer Service & Documentation (Ocean Export)  to manage end-to-end export operations, client coordination, and documentation with accuracy and speed. If you know the ocean export game like the back of your hand, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do
Handle complete Ocean Export CS & Documentation process.
Manage client communication, updates, and shipment coordination.
Work with shipping lines, co-loaders, CHAs & transporters.
Prepare, review & finalize all documentation (BL, invoicing, accruals etc.).
Open jobs in system, update fields, and ensure 100% accuracy.
Troubleshoot missing/damaged cargo cases and coordinate claims.
Maintain smooth workflow, communication tracking, and process compliance.
What You Bring
5+ years in Freight Forwarding – Ocean Export CS & Documentation is a must.
Strong in Incoterms, export workflows, system entries, billing & accruals.
Solid communication skills (English, Hindi & regional).
Confident, proactive, and a solid team player.
