We use our extensive knowledge to provide quality solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients and has ensured our strong reputation for delivering high quality advisory and consultancy work.
As a result of our continued growth and in conjunction with Job Start, we now wish to recruit for an Advertising / Marketing Assistant to support the team and the Managing Director. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in social media marketing, develop your skills in content creation and management, and learn about digital marketing strategies.
- Develop social media content for channels such as Facebook and Tik Tok.
- Develop and send promotional email campaigns.
- Post relevant content for our target markets.
- Design eye catching graphics, infographics and visual content for social media, website and other marketing channels.
- Develop marketing literature.
- Track, analyse and report on marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Ability to learn quickly with creative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas.
- Basic understanding of social media.
- Must be able to co‑work effectively and use own initiative within a close‑knit team.
- Ability to deal with confidential information.
- Minimum GCSE Mathematics and English C or Essential Skills Qualification.
- Able to demonstrate successful growth on a social media page or account.
- Experience in managing social media business accounts.
Working Hours:
up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours may be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours may be offered depending on availability – this should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.

Salary: £7.55 per hour for ages 16‑17, £10.00 per hour for ages 18‑20, £12.21 per hour for ages 21 and above.
