Overview

The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.

Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.

• Provide holistic nursing care and contribute to a flexible staffing model (e.g., nurse bank across North Wales in District General and Community Hospitals).
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and development activities as part of the local team.
• Support flexible working patterns and duties to meet service needs.
• Engage in patient and family assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in collaboration with colleagues.
