Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Team Member to join our fast‑paced burger restaurant. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service and high‑quality food.

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders at the counter or drive‑thru, providing helpful menu suggestions and answering customer questions. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous service.
• Prepare burgers, sides, and beverages according to restaurant standards, follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality guidelines whilst maintaining a clean and organised food prep area.
• Operate POS registers and handle cash or digital payments.
• Package orders correctly and efficiently.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and food‑handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Wash dishes, sanitise surfaces, and empty rubbish bins when needed.
• Follow opening/closing checklists.

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math and cash‑handling ability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
