Partner with the best
As Commercial Manager - Pump Water Solutions,you will be responsible for:
Manage the  end-to-end commercial process , from customer inquiry to order confirmation.

Prepare and coordinate  commercial offers , ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and technical feasibility.

Drive  negotiations , providing accurate and timely documentation.

Maintain and update  CRM/DM systems , tracking opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions.

Ensure  compliance with internal processes  and commercial policies.

Act as a liaison between  product leadership, engineering, and operations  to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
Degree in  Mechanical  or  Management Engineering .

Experience in  sales operations ,  order management , or  technical‑commercial roles .

Familiarity with  rotating equipment  and industrial products is a plus.

Fluency in  English , both written and spoken.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Availability to  travel to attend Customer meetings/events useful to close deals/negotiations

Soft Skills
Strong  organizational and problem‑solving skills .

Attention to detail and ability to  manage multiple tasks  under tight deadlines.

Excellent  teamwork and communication abilities .

Enthusiasm for working in a  new business environment  with high growth potential.
