Ideal role for an experienced Site Supervisor to take the next step into management

SSA are recruiting for an Area Manager to join a leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor working as part of their Thames Water framework, working on developer services projects across North London.

The Site Agent would be responsible for:

Managing day to day site operations
Ensuring construction is completed in accordance with company & industry health & safety standards, and is in budget, and on the expected timeline
Liaising with internal teams to plan and programme construction and installation works
Management of plant, materials, and site labour
Subcontractor liaison and management
Leading site meetings to discuss project resources, timeline, budget etc
Contribute to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers
