Salary: £64,000 - £68,000 (Depending on experience)
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday (Flexibility on start and finish times)

Key Responsibilities:

Focus on the progression of VMU, fleet, and MHE operations over months and years, driving continuous improvement in these areas.
Implement and manage service levels to ensure all VMU and fleet-related services meet or exceed expectations.
Hold overall responsibility for VMU service and safety, ensuring strict adherence to both legal standards and policies
Lead the development and execution of VMU improvement plans, including people management, safety, standards, and financial performance, to optimise VMU operations.
Manage labour resources effectively, including annual leave planning, recruitment, and shift pattern management, to maintain operational effeciency

Candidate Requirements:

HNC/HND Engineering Qualification or Extensive time served in industry
Experience in Distribution, Logistics or Vehicle Maintenance is essential.
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong Technical Knowledge In Vehichle Maintenance Apply
