Day Carer – E20 (Barnet)

We are looking for experienced carers to support an adult female with a tier 3 spinal cord injury. Training is provided, so carers willing to learn new clinical skills are encouraged to apply. This role suits reliable, patient, and compassionate carers.

• Provide day care support to the client with spinal cord injury.
• Assist with mobility, personal care and daily activities.
• Record care plans and any changes in condition.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work reliably and compassionately.
• Adherence to health and safety protocols.

• Pay £13.00 – £17.93 per hour (schedule dependent).

12‑hour day or night shifts. Typically, the client requires care 24 hours a day, and the average shift is 12 hours. Working three shifts per week (36 hours) equates to an average annual income of £26,200 – £28,950.
