The Role:What You’ll Do
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services.
- Mentor and co‑lead a talented team of accountants supporting their growth and performance.
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities for firm‑wide growth and cross‑referrals.
- Work closely with Directors and Partners to help shape the firm’s future direction.
- Ensure compliance and exceptional client service across all engagements.
- Qualifications & Experience
- ACA or ACCA qualified (minimum 3 years UK practice experience PQE).
- Experience as a Senior Accountant/Manager, Senior Manager, or salaried Associate in practice.
- Proven ability to manage your own workload and support team development.
- Demonstrated ambition for leadership and long‑term career progression.
- Strong IT skills (Office 365, Sage, Xero, Quick Books).
- Expertise with accounts preparation software (preferably IRIS and MyWorkpapers).
- Track record of managing mixed client portfolios and driving business development.
- Previous experience in a client‑facing role including meetings with new prospects.

- Salary up to 50,000 (dependent on experience).
- Full study support (e.g., CTA/ACCA).
- 37.5‑hour work week with flexible core hours (10:30‑04:00).
