Cineworld Barnsley is a newly built Complexity 4 cinema boasting 13 screens with an IMAX, 4DX , Screen X and Starbucks, located on the Glassworks development in Barnsley's Town Center. The management team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, a Starbucks Store Manager, 3 Team Leaders and 2 Starbucks Store Supervisors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
• Food Handling and Stock Control
• Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems,Till Operations, Telephones)
• Cleaning
• Increasing Sales
• Maintaining Standards
• Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
• Addressing and Resolving Complaints
• Induction and Training of Team Members
• Coaching Team Members
• Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
