Performance Analysis Delivery

• Capture, code, and analyse match and training footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Hudl Sports code, Longomatch).
• Deliver live match analysis and tactical feedback to coaching staff.
• Produce detailed pre- and post-match reports, including video and statistical breakdowns.
• Provide individualised player analysis using clips, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Support opposition analysis with video and data insights.

Data Management & Insights

• Maintain and develop master databases for video and statistical data.
• Interpret data from GPS, heart rate monitors, and other performance tools to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Develop and maintain a library of best practice and individual player data.
• Collaborate with sports science and medical teams to integrate physical and tactical data.

Training & Development

• Capture and analyse training sessions to support coaching objectives.
• Contribute to ongoing staff and player education through workshops and presentations.
• Support the integration of academy graduates into the First Team with performance tracking and analysis.

Technology & Innovation

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and methodologies in performance analysis.
• Assist in the development of new methods of data collection, management, and presentation.

Match Day Duties

• Provide live coding and feedback during matches (home and away).
• Assist in post-match debriefs with video and data presentations.
