Sacco Mann is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Child Care Chartered Legal Executive to join an award-winning law firm renowned for its supportive environment and commitment to professional growth. Based in either Sheffield, Doncaster, or Barnsley on a hybrid basis, you will be part of an established Care team managing your own caseload of child care and family law matters.

Your responsibilities will include handling care proceedings, domestic abuse cases, and related hearings, with opportunities for advocacy where appropriate. You will provide compassionate, clear advice to clients and collaborate closely with local authorities, social workers, and other professionals throughout each case, ensuring high standards of client care and legal service.

• Qualified Chartered Legal Executive
• Experience in child care, family legal aid, or domestic abuse work
• Ability to manage own caseload with support where necessary
• Strong advocacy skills or enthusiasm to develop them
• Client-focused and compassionate approach
• Open to participating in local marketing initiatives to foster connections with referrers
