• Maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is kept clean, well‑maintained and in safe working order.
• Carry out cleaning duties in designated areas according to scheduled timings and established SLAs.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following Health and Safety requirements.
• Complete all required training to deliver the cleaning role effectively.
• Work within a team, supporting colleagues while taking the initiative when appropriate.
• Build positive, productive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and continuously seeking ways to improve.

• Basic English communication and reading skills.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible, open, honest, self‑driven and determined attitude.
• Reliability, hard work and a professional attitude.
