We are searching for a passionate and forward-thinking Registered Manager to lead a new 6-bed home in Barnsley, supporting children aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural needs. With only two children currently placed, you’ll have the rare chance to establish the culture, values, and team dynamics from day one—building a home where children truly thrive.

• Level 3 Children’s Residential Qualification (essential)
• Level 5 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a children’s residential setting
