What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate of £12.93

* Rotating shifts to fit a balanced work schedule:

* Early shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm

* Late shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Your Role:
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day manufacturing processes, ensuring high standards are met in quality, efficiency, and safety.

Main Duties:

* Operating machinery and equipment on the production line

* Handling materials and components

* Carrying out quality checks and reporting any issues

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Following company health and safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential

* Good attention to detail

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Willingness to work rotating shifts

* Strong work ethic and reliability
