To manage inventory of materials (in his/her area of responsibility) to balance customer orders; this includes answering customers’ orders (not confirmed by ATP), establishing manufacturing program and detailed scheduling, replenishing Finished Goods and Raw Materials within agreed timescale, lead‑times, inventory & NWSM level targets, plant and vendor constraints.

Inventory management
: maintaining the appropriate inventory level (UK & EU warehouse) will allow fulfilling customer orders in a timely fashion; too high a level will increase working capital.

Manufacturing plan
: a correct manufacturing plan will take into account mid‑ and long‑term plant constraints along with forecasted demand.

Detailed scheduling
: weekly scheduling and daily follow‑up will integrate plant constraints and vendor response and ensure supply meets planning needs for both finished product and raw material inventory, maintaining a high level of necessary contact and collaboration with manufacturing, QC, logistics and vendors enabling customer satisfaction.
