OTE £34,600.00 - £37,440.00 per year

Guaranteed basic starting salary £34,600.00 per annum.

Permanent role, ongoing progression encouraged with associated skill structure pay increases, overtime at enhanced rates, plus additional standard monthly bonuses paid each month.

The Welder Role requires team players with experience, skills and knowledge in fabrication and MIG welding. The role requires operating to high quality/workmanship standards within a world class manufacturing team and facility.

Fabrication & Welding of mild steel platform chassis components to specified Company standards, and to operate automated plasma/seam welder.

• Experience of fabrication and welding
• Experience of using jigs and assembly fixtures to manufacture high quality repetitive components.
• Fully conversant with the MIG welding process
• TIG welding experience is desirable but not essential

Day shift hours: 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday & Friday 07:30 - 13:30 (with regular structured overtime).

Rotating day shift hours: 06:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday - Thursday & 06:00am - 11:30am / 11:30am - 5:00pm Friday (Shift bonus of x 1.15 for both shifts).

Guaranteed basic starting salary £15.51 x 40/37.5 hours per week plus guaranteed minimum £45 per week bonus – £34,600.00. Overtime paid at premium rates outlined below.

• Level A – Overtime paid at premium rate of £23.27 per hour (i.e. x 1.5).
• Level B – Overtime paid at premium rate of £31.02 per hour (i.e. x 2.0).

Plus additional monthly bonus aligned to business performance that equates to total bonus payments of £280 - £350 per month on average (for reference only).
