Responsibilities
You'll monitor and action the work package email inbox, working with key stakeholders to ensure requests are dealt with promptly and accurately. You'll ensure items that require scanning are scanned in good time and filed accurately, and support the operations business functions and Project teams, including Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Security and Production.
You'll provide cover for the Barnstaple reception (covering holidays and other absence), provide admin support for other parts of the business as and when possible. This work will be issued by the administrator receptionist team leader.

Salary & Working ArrangementsSalary: £21,987 – £25,000 per annum.

LocationBusiness Services Administrator will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role requires being onsite 4 days a week.
The salary for this role is up to £25k, depending on experience.
