Assistant Manager – Halfords

You’ll support the Centre Manager, lead the team, and keep the customer journey at the heart of everything we do. Base Pay Range
  • Maximum amount £34,000 per annum
  • Average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year (with potential to earn more)
  • 5 days a week

Skills and Experience
  • Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
  • Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
  • Experience meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
  • IT proficiency with willingness to learn in‑house systems
  • Current valid driving licence
