Salary: £26,000 per annum (post-probation)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (No weekends)

, working closely with some of the UK’s largest letting agents. We’re now seeking a professional, well‑organised Customer Service Advisor to join our busy office in Ilfracombe
.

You’ll play a key role in our Sales Team
, acting as the first point of contact for tenants
, landlords
, and property managers
, helping to arrange repairs, manage bookings, and update our business systems.

• Answering inbound calls and handling customer enquiries
• Responding to emails and logging issues quickly and accurately
• Processing work orders and updating CRM systems and diaries
• Managing booking requests and coordinating engineer visits
• Performing a range of administrative tasks to support the sales and service team
• Delivering excellent service to customers and clients at every interaction

• Previous experience in Customer Service
  , Call Handling
  , Admin
  , or Client Support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using email, phones, and modern office systems
• A positive, customer-focused attitude
• Confidence managing multiple tasks
