Financial Advisor

This exciting, employed, Financial Advisor job in North Devon provides opportunity to join a busy team with a healthy flow of new and existing clients available!

You will be joining a Regional Director who has regular referrals coming from accountancy practices and existing clients, which he will be able to share across the team of Financial Advisors. The team enjoy working on clients / cases collectively together, which enables you to focus on specialist areas if appropriate.

Their clients typically consist of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, HNW clients and numerous individuals with agricultural connections. Many of their clients enjoy coming to the office for their meetings

The Regional Director is open to candidates with a range of advising experience and will be able to help mentor and support professional development across all ranges of experience.

Due to the level of clients being produced, there is little need to self-generate or bring clients with you. However, there is plenty of marketing resources and ways to generate clients through introducers should you enjoy doing so.

Financial Advisor Requirements

You must hold full Level 4 Diploma in financial planning or equivalent, and have some experience as a Financial Advisor

You should have a client centric approach and have dedication to doing the right thing for clients

You should have excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, professionalism and good IT skills

Financial Advisor Support

Our client ensure their Financial Advisors have comprehensive support in place to enable them to thrive. You will receive end-to-end in-house support from their admin and paraplanning teams. Plus, an ongoing learning and development culture that encourages and supports professional development. In addition, an in-house marketing team who have a consultative approach.

Financial Advisor Benefits

Salary in the region of £50,000 - £75,000 (negotiable) plus bonuses

Hybrid working with ideally 2 days per week in Barnstaple office
