As a Boots Pharmacist, you will manage the safe supply of medicines, lead a business, inspire a team, and shape the future of pharmacy in your community. This role is ideal for those with a growth mindset, passion for excellence, and a desire to take ownership and run your pharmacy like your own.

• Leading the safe and effective running of the pharmacy and healthcare business while staying visible and accessible to patients and your team.
• Taking ownership of commercial and clinical performance, focusing on raising standards and delivering strong patient outcomes.
• Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services and embracing technology to enhance the patient experience.
• Consistently monitoring and evaluating pharmacy standards and safety to ensure patients, customers, and team members are always protected.
• Working in partnership with the Store Manager to develop the capability, confidence, and cohesion of the healthcare team.
• Inspiring and coaching colleagues to grow in their roles, building a team culture based on performance, development, and shared ambition.

• Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, or PSI).
• A growth mindset – always looking to improve, learn, and lead change.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to build trusted relationships with patients, your team, and local healthcare professionals.
• Experience in driving pharmacy performance and leading with a high standard of patient care.
• A desire to deliver and champion essential, advanced, and private pharmacy services.
• Confidence to own results, set a clear vision, and bring others along on the journey.
