This position is part of the Supply Chain located in Ilfracombe and is on-site in Ilfracombe. The Supply Planning Manager leads the site demand, material availability, and inventory planning processes to ensure stable supply to production and strong On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance. The role translates customer demand and market signals into an executable plan, enabling Operations and Purchasing to plan capacity and materials effectively.
The position works cross‑functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Commercial and Warehousing to balance service, cost, and working capital, while optimising planning parameters and mitigating material shortages. A key contributor to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, the role supports scenario planning, long‑range forecasting and strategic decision‑making for the site leadership team.

- Lead shortage mitigation reviews and escalation forums with Purchasing and Operations.
- Degree in supply chain, business management, or equivalent experience.
- Leadership capability to coach, influence, and drive cross‑functional outcomes.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Self‑motivated and capable of demonstrating an aptitude for this highly demanding role.
- Full driving licence.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Purchasing to manage supplier performance and mitigate shortages.
- Ability to travel to filtration locations across the globe (Puerto Rico, US, Europe).
- Valid drivers licence with an acceptable driving record.
- 5 years of management experience within a supply chain discipline.
