• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsibly oversee an allocated section or department – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact, and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise a team of Retail Assistants, setting daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
• Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways, growing within a supportive environment.

• Leadership experience and coaching skills – ability to influence your team while keeping the customer at the forefront.
• Driver of performance through commercial awareness and talent development.
• Focus on building strong relationships to enhance employee culture and well‑being.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to problem‑solve.
