Liaising with IBP Operations Planning, Production, Supply Chain and stakeholders to generate an agreed near-term production plan which maximises capacity utilisation and labour effectiveness, supporting time phased work order generation. Production Fulfilment Planner will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role does require being onsite 5 days a week. The salary for this role is up to £36k, depending on experience.
Whatyoullbedoing Work with peers to develop and maintain production schedules which deliver On-time, On-cost, On-Quality and maximise capacity utilization, maintaining the Master Production Schedule a circa Monitor MRP action lists to ensure accuracy to plan Responsible for setting lead times for the product portfolio in liaison with Production Maintain inventory parameters within AccSC (eg ROP, Batch Size, Safety Stock, etc) as appropriate to balance inventory with OTOCOQ Work with Production to identify bottlenecks early and adjust schedules accordingly to overcome constraints, optimising work centres and routings Prepare route sheets and works orders, including multi-operation sub-contract processing on some items;
with route sheets detailing manufacturing operations and highlighting any special requirements. Maintain visual management of performance against schedule and KPIs Liaise with stakeholders on engineering change requests, review and communicate the impact on schedules and maintain effectivity dates in AccSC, Providing progress/status updates to Delivery PMs as required About our company At SEA, we develop and deliver advanced solutions to make our world safer, cleaner and more efficient.

Experience of ERP in a manufacturing environment Understanding / experience of product life cycles Strong interpersonal and communication skills A team player who can work autonomously, methodical and accurate with attention to detail and still hit deadlines Engineering background NVQ3, ONC or equivalent is desirable Join us and be part of something smaller - with
