Salary: £40,000 Basic and OTE £55,000 - £60,000 - uncapped commission plus excellent benefits

You’ll handle warm inbound and outbound enquiries from individuals who have actively reached out for support – no cold calling involved. You’ll play a crucial role in guiding prospective clients through the initial stages of the customer journey, understanding their needs, clearly explaining services, and securing their commitment to move forward.

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with people who’ve made an enquiry via the website or by phone.
• Ask the right questions to fully understand individual client needs and circumstances.
• Communicate clearly and professionally about the services available and how they can help.
• Send timely, accurate and persuasive follow-up communication via email or letter.
