Assist with the preparation of intricate tax filings and compliance requirements.
Produce accurate, timely work and take a proactive approach to addressing issues that arise throughout an engagement.
Uphold rigorous standards of technical precision in all documentation and communications.
Participate in internal training sessions and help promote ongoing tax knowledge-sharing across the team.

CPA candidate with 1–3 years of public accounting experience, ideally with exposure to Canadian privately owned businesses.
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Comfortable working with platforms such as Case Ware, CCH iFirm, tax research tools (e.g., Taxnet Pro, BlueJ, Canadian Tax Foundation resources), as well as Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—with the professionalism needed for client-facing and internal interactions.
Highly organized, self-driven, and collaborative, with solid project coordination capabilities and a commitment to ethical, high-quality work.
Compensation & Perks
Salary range: $55,000–$75,000, depending on experience and skill set.
Annual discretionary bonus based on both individual contributions and overall company performance.
Hybrid work structure requiring a small number of in-office days each month for meetings, training, and team activities.
Two weeks of paid vacation per year, plus comprehensive dental and health coverage.
Access to wellness resources and mental health programs.
Continued learning opportunities through mentorship, regular feedback cycles, skills development, and attendance at tax-related conferences.
A supportive, team-oriented environment that prioritizes growth, collaboration, and delivering strong value to clients.
