As a Parts Advisor at Performance Auto Group, you'll be part of a respected automotive team. This full-time position requires customer service proficiency and knowledge of automobile parts. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, assisting service technicians, and ensuring customer inquiries are addressed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer parts inquiries via phone and in-person
• Complete orders promptly for Service Technicians
• Maintain proper inventory levels and inspect returned parts
• Consult catalogs for stock numbers and prices
• Organize cleaning tools and equipment in work area
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with good driving record
• Strong arithmetic and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (50-75 lbs)
