Construction Superintendent

We are hiring a Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day site operations. The right candidate is a strong communicator with a proven ability to lead trades, maintain quality, and drive schedules.

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities.

• Develop scopes of work with the Project Manager during planning.

• Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.

• Conduct site inspections for safety, quality, and code compliance.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and designers to meet objectives.

• Ensure proper delivery and installation of materials and equipment.

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.

• Provide timely updates and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction site supervision.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate site logistics.

• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Hands-on problem-solving approach.

• Proficiency with scheduling and construction management software.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Basic carpentry tools (specialty tools provided).
