Site Contracts Administrator – Agilus Work Solutions

Agilus is recruiting for a Site Contracts Administrator in the Engineering, Procurement & Construction Industry located in Bradford, Ontario
.

The Site Contract Administrator will represent the owner on‑site for multi‑discipline construction projects in the water and wastewater sector. Duties include coordinating construction inspections, reviewing daily reports, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with contract documents. This is a contract role for up to 24 months.

A typical day:
  • Daily construction oversight with a site inspector, reviewing the inspector’s daily reporting.
  • Provide daily contract administration duties and coordinate multi‑discipline site inspections to monitor contractor progress, workmanship, and conformance with contract documents.
  • Track the contractor’s construction schedule and progress against the baseline.
  • Review and recommend monthly contractor progress payments and payment certification.
  • Review and provide feedback on contractor change requests and claims.
  • Communicate regularly with the team and act as the ambassador of the company in interactions with the public and stakeholders.
Successful candidates will have:
  • Undergraduate degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Process Engineering or a Diploma in a related engineering field from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of experience in a contract administration role.
  • Municipal water/wastewater project experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) contracts.
  • Previous EPC firm experience.
  • Experience monitoring and coordinating construction activities, liaising with clients, contractors, approval officers, and the public.
  • Experience preparing contract administration paperwork including agendas, minutes, daily logs, photographic records, RFI’s, testing reports, change orders, deficiency lists, and construction certificates.
  • Valid driver’s license and proven analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
