Experienced Rigging Superintendent

Position: Experienced Rigging Superintendent Needed
Elevate infrastructure projects as an Experienced Rigging Superintendent rsee critical lifting operations while ensuring safety compliance within your project team.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all lifting and rigging tasks on major construction developments. With at least a decade of experience in heavy civil construction and a robust understanding of regulatory standards, you will lead teams and drive project success through strategic planning and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage execution and planning of rigging activities

• Ensure safe compliance with industry standards

• Oversee crane operations and material handling

• Conduct site-specific hazard assessments and briefings

• Maintain detailed records of lift plans and inspections

Requirements:

• 10+ years in heavy civil or major construction

• 5+ years in rigging and lifting supervision

• Valid Rigging and Hoisting certification required

• Knowledge of health and safety legislation

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
