Joining us as a Treatment Coordinator means becoming an integral part of that patient journey. You’ll work alongside skilled clinicians in a collaborative, growth‑focused environment, helping patients understand their treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring they feel informed and supported at every step.
Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday – Friday.
3 days: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
2 days: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.

- Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment.
- Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance.
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty.
- Previous dental experience is required.
- Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Detail oriented.
