Orthodontic Office Manager – Barrie, ON
We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to join a modern, patient-focused practice in Barrie, ON. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and skilled in leading a front-office team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and support the front desk team
- Manage scheduling, billing, and patient communications
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with RCDSO standards
- Coordinate referrals and ensure prompt follow-up with patients
- Support practice growth through strong organization and leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Orthodontic Office Manager
- Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures
- Experience with Ortho2
Edge software - Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills
