Position: Warranties Specialist  | (2025-12-22)

Our client, a leading manufacturer of precision-controlled environments, is seeking a Warranties Specialist to join their growing team in Barrie, Ontario.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. If you have experience in technical customer service and a strong understanding of automotive products, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organization.

Shift: Straight days, Monday to Friday
Pay: Competitive salary based on experience

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and process warranty claims with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve technical inquiries and provide timely updates on warranty status.
  • Maintain detailed records of warranty returns, product performance issues, and customer interactions using spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with operations and product development teams to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
  • Stay informed on product specifications and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Support virtual training sessions for customers on product knowledge and warranty procedures.
  • Assist with market analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improved warranty processes
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical customer service within the automotive industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex warranty issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in phone and virtual interactions.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other tracking tools; experience with AutoCAD is an asset.
  • Post‑secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
